9 February 2013 -  A day of yoga for the Lancashire Yoga Association.  10.15-3.45 at The Elton Centre, Alston Street, Bury, BL8 1SB - "Look Inside" a day of asana, relaxation, breathing and meditation

Saturday, 2 March 2013 - Narayani day of yoga held at Liverpool Hope University which included an afternoon workshop with Elsa Owlett on voice therapy.

18 May 2013 - A day of yoga for the Derbyshire Yoga Association entitled, "Strengthening the muscles that support the spine to help overcome back pain."  Follow the link 'British Wheel of Yoga East Midlands' for more information.  More details to follows.

Saturday, 8 June 2013 - Narayani day of yoga at Liverpool Hope University, 9.30am - 3.30pm.  Asana, pranayama, meditation, voice work, with guest Lindsey Prosser showing us how to make a film to publicise our classes.
