"Just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful and informative workshop today.  The way you captured everyone's attention and held it was incredible and refreshing.  I love your guided meditation which helps focus on the present and let go of external distractions.  You are such an inspirational yoga teacher and have this unique ability to nurture, motivate and share your extensive knowledge with a dose of humour which makes the workshop a rewarding experience."  Karen
